#1. A pillow in the fridge
It may sound a bit strange, but it works! You can wrap a plastic bag around the pillow so it doesnβt get wet and place it in your fridge for the whole day. You can place the cool pillow under your cover cloth at bedtime or use it as a normal pillow.
